conference calling and listing of confirmed servant leaders
We are very pleased that several of you responded to the invitation to tomorrow's gathering inside CA State Capitol Building - Californians Together Serving Our Schools - our 5th annual inspiration & intercession for children/youth/schools. Please read the following important instructions for Saturday, March 2, 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm, gathering in Conference Room 126 which includes conference call connection, 11am-11:50am, for those of you who are able to be present in person.
Among the members of Body of Christ who will be joining us are pastors/ministry leaders (confirmed as of earlier this week) who are listed on the bottom of this email and www.servingourschools.blogspot.com. Each of these servant leaders have been given specific assignment of addressing and/or leading in prayer. ALL of with us in Room 126 will have ample opportunities to respond in intercession throughout both morning and afternoon sessions.
Here is our general schedule:
8:00-9:00 Please consider arriving early and park inside Capitol Garage (on the corner of 10th & L Streets) with $5.00 daily maximum charge all day on weekends. Enter through the north entrance of Capitol Building (near 10th & L). Go through security check and walk up small set of stairs on your first right. Please enter Conference Room 126, sign-in, set-up (you are welcome to bring your ministry brochures/fliers, books, other resource materials) and prepare our heart for the Father's business.
